We’re all about big flavour and bigger portions. All our chefs are passionate about the food we create which means we put all the time and effort in, to create the best possible taste sensation.
Smoking specifically is the process of creating and preserving flavour using exposed smoke from burning, mostly commonly different forms of wood. Each wood has a different tone and flavour, this in turn creates a tender texture and sumptuous taste.
We marinate our meats, locally source our produce and like to ensure all our ingredients complement each other perfectly. Yes, we love a meaty pun and a whole lot of cheese on top but we don’t compromise on deep, hearty flavours.
